The Emerging Leaders Forum's mission is "to engage emerging leaders in the collective power of giving...and to have fun along the way." The purpose of the group is to provide opportunities for emergent community leaders to learn about and practice group philanthropy. |

To form strategic partnerships between leaders, businesses, government, and non-profit organizations for the health of the community. |

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the Emerging Leaders Forum? A group of your peers gathering together on a regular basis to enhance and improve the community and have FUN.
Where does the $250/$125 membership fee go? The contributions will be pooled and the group will determine who or what will benefit from these funds.
Who manages the contributions? Because this group is sponsored by the Central Minnesota Community Foundation, the group’s contributions will be invested according to their investment guidelines and policies.
Once I join, what are my obligations? You can decide how involved you want to be. We plan to have regular meetings at least quarterly to learn about philanthropy, community issues, and leadership and to ultimately disburse the funds. You can attend meetings, become part of the leadership or just contribute.
